For any major remodel or addition, we start with a paid Design & Preconstruction Plan. For a flat fee (100% credited toward your build), you get:
- Detailed site visit and measurements
- Layout options and 3D conceptual visuals when applicable

If you’re keeping the same footprint and selecting more standard finishes, some simpler kitchens can come in around $75,000+.

$250,000–$1,000,000+
For larger projects that touch multiple rooms, add square footage, or reconfigure the home, investment usually ranges from $250,000–$1,000,000+, depending on scope, structure, and finishes.
